I would never recommend unfranchised to anyone looking for a reputable mechanic for vehicle repairs. Most of the time, these guys are out behind the shop hanging out, revving their engines and doing burnouts while recording it. They treat the shop as if it's a frat house for them to party at and work on their personal vehicles during and after business hours. Extremely unprofessional shop manager and mechanics. Ran over a nail and had a flat tire they took me right away before they were closing. Very friendly and was very affordable. Definitely will be going back
Jeremiah and his crew at the Loudon Road branch are absolutely first rate in every way. I've brought my 1998 Volvo up from Boston for six years for all kinds of work. Jeremiah is super friendly, very knowledgable, and a great communicator.
The guys and gals at UA are honest and don't take advantage of customers that don't know about cars! They do amazing work and dont fix things that aren't broken for extra loot.I got my car back quickly and in excellent condition!! I feel safe again 👍👍
