My daughter and I were traveling from Virginia to New Hampshire when our car broke down. These gentlemen were very attentive and got us back on the road as quickly as they could do so. I had a great experience at twin towers. They took me right away. The owner was very nice and helpful. He made sure I was able to drive my car back home without any problems. I highly recommend twin towers
They will rob you, don't trust them at all. They will tell you it cost that amount. And without any notice when you show up to pick up the car they will raise the price and say we changed more things which is they lie also. And not only that they gang on you and are willing to cause problems and curse. Please take this advice and other negative review experiences and don't trust them at all costs even if you have to tow your car to another mechanic.
A dishonest, rude shop. Six years ago, I replaced four tires at another shop. I came for an oil change at this one twin towers and they told me without blinking an eye that my tires are "worn" and I need new tires. I knew then that they were dishonest, so I avoided them for the last six years. Today I called them trying to get some help and they were unhelpful.
