Great Service! We were on our way across the country and began hearing bad noises in the back of our Subaru on a Friday afternoon. We looked online and contacted Mike at the brake shop who agree to meet us on Saturday morning on his day off. He spent the whole morning replacing the rear bearing and showed no signs of irritation despite having to work when he should have been off. Thank you Mike for getting us back on the road in a pinch. If we lived closer we'd definitely be repeat customers.
Our SUV needed new brakes and I wasn't sure were to go for high quality and reliability. I called The Brake Shop and spoke with Ed about the issues our vehicle was having and what some of the other stores in town were quoting us. On a side note Ed at The Brake Shop was the most friendly and professional person I received quotes from. The Brake Shop had the vehicle repaired in a couple of hours and at half the cost of the other quotes.
