Jamie is amazing!! A tire blew out just before I turned the corner and I was able to pull into the parking lot of Performance Plus Automotive. Jamie spent about 45 minutes looking around for a tire that he could put on the car so I could get home (about a mile away) but did not have one that would fit. He was in the process of closing the shop so he could take me to my house when my son arrived. He let me leave the car for a day while I took the tire to be replaced and then he stopped what he was doing and put the tire back ... read more
I just can’t say anything bad about this company at all. Been taking my vehicles to Jamie since 2018 when I first moved to Canton, I now live in Duluth and I still refuse to let anyone do any work on my vehicle because I only trust Jamie and Chris. The prices are always reasonable and Jamie makes sure to call and let you know what the problem is, run you a price and get your consent before starting any work on your car. Wish I could give a million stars because it’s well deserved
In short, I appreciate this business. They provided me with honest advice and well-done reasonably priced repairs. Jamie (owner) was fantastic (and he likes great music!). I'm an economist, so let me tell you what they are not -- New and Fancy. Their building is old, their customer relationship management system seems to be a legal pad, their office area looks like a hoarder lives there, but he has about every automotive tool that exists and he clearly knows how to use them. I was having some trouble with my vehicle and I called several shops in the area...I wasn't having ANY luck until I called Jamie at Performance Plus Automotive. An honest mechanic is hard to find these days, but look no more. These guys are going to get you in and out the door with quality craftsmanship with the most value for your buck. If you need work done on anything with four wheels...or maybe two?...go see these guys!
Honest and dependable. Jamie and Chris are kind, considerate and helpful. They go beyond repairing vehicles. Their repair prices are reasonable as well.
