Unprofessional, racism, “(we don’t take debit card payments from people like you)” go to your bank and get cash, that was what he said to me.Charged me $6,289 for service they couldn’t fixed, I have to tow the truck from their shop and also they called the cops on me for asking them to put the truck together the way I brought the truck to them and they refused . I will not advise anyone to take your truck to this place. Horrible place to go to.
This place is absolutely wonderful! Called for an afterhours service call for a quick repair and they got right to me. The tech was friendly and professional over the phone and rates were more than fair. Don't hesitate to call these guys!
After recently purchasing a diesel truck it started to break down. after calling a couple places I ran into Miami valley truck repair. They not only have the most reasonable prices but the most knowledgeable diesel mechanics and the best customer service around. After several attempts to find a shop that was clean, professional and actually willing to listen I finally found Miami Valley Truck Center. Mike and Ryan are both courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. There staff of mechanics listen too what the issue is and actually try and find the best and quickest solution to the problem. As we all know minimal down time is critical in our business and Miami Valley understands that and they work hard to get you back on the road. I will never take my trucks anywhere else.
