Took my car here for what needed a tune up because I had a few misfires & I needed a new steering wheel pump. Tyler had cleared the code which “stopped” it from misfiring. I had also gotten a new tire & an alignment done because they called me to tell me a few other things needed to be done, I said please fix everything. I took my vehicle in for a state inspection. They found an issue, and said they needed to get some parts. I heard nothing after that for about a week, then when I called to see what was going on, I was told that some of the parts didn't come in, and they couldn't find them anywhere. After some back and forth, they basically said they didn't have time to deal with finding the parts to do the repair. I live in Philly suburbs and I usually don’t go to a city mechanic. But unfortunately yesterday when I am leaving from work my car started misfiring and engine light blinking. Searched for nearest mechanic, drove to Kens Automotive. They have a key dropbox, very convenient. Dropped the key and left the car in their parking lot.
