Had my car towed from Robert’s repair to Kia of Cleveland to get some work done. The balancer was taken out and handed over to J-Pro’s Dylan and the part was never seen again. When I called J-pro, they told me they never touched or saw a part when they in fact did. If you choose to book a tow with J-Pro be wary of your car parts being stolen:)
The last review below saying Dylan stole her part is just being manipulated by the shop that Dylan towed the Kia from.. it’s pathetic they act that way Dylan tow’s for me all the time and he has integrity and is a good guy would never steal anything
I called because we had a flat and the jack slipped when I was changing the tire causing the car to hit the ground without a tire and me unable to jack it up again. He got to us fast, worked quickly, and charged fairly. I will recommend to everyone!
They do Quality work and Anthony is absolutely the Best!! I would give them 10 Stars if I could !
Dylan was awesome! He arrived within 3 minutes of us calling and was able to get the car door open in less than a minute. He was wonderful! Thank you Dylan and J-Pro!
