I have been taking my car to the same mechanic for 21 years but now living over an hour away it has not been feasible to do. I searched for something more local and found Integrity and man am I so grateful for them. My alternator went out and they were able to get me in and out quickly. Outstanding customer service, Kaila offered to give me and my young son rides to and from the shop to aid in my service. Called had an appt in just a couple days, dropped car off at 1:00 pm diagnosed same day and was repaired by 1:00 pm following day! Outstanding service from start to finish which as we all know can be rare these days. Found my new mechanics shop for the things I cannot do for myself.
I can't say enough good things about this place! Everyone here was extremely friendly and helpful! We got stuck in the snow in Flagstaff and then had issues from all the ice in the tires, so had the car towed here. They made time to look at the car right away and the mechanic knew what was going on as soon as I described the issue to him. He got everything taken care of and had us back on the road quickly. Very honest and trustworthy, no attempts to up charge me/make a quick buck. I highly recommend this place!! :)
Amazing service. Stopped here because I had a check engine light on an a misfiring engine. Turns out, one of my fuel injectors was loose. Got it tightened down and made it home smoothly. Didn't even charge me. Wish this place was closer to me! You can tell these are honest people.
The owner was a well-qualified lead for another shop and ended up opening his own business I was referred to Brandon by his old shop. He is a certified Ford mechanic and replaced my radiator etc. he helped me out immensely when I was driving across counrty the car overheated in Camp Verde. They let me use a car to go to my hotel to check out and bring my belongings.
