Doctor Gould is amazing!! I had been to 3 different doctors in 2023 looking for solutions to my issues and Dr. Gould helped me with my options. I saw her for the first time on December 12th and she scheduled my procedure for the following week so we could get it done before the end of the year. The staff is fabulous, the facility is beautiful and easy to get to. Nan is the best nurse ever!!!!
Could not love this office or Dr. Gould more! I was experiencing extremely heavy and long periods and after an apt with sweet N.P. Sarah and hearing my options, I opted for a Minerva Ablation with Dr. Gould. My pre-op apt with Dr. Gould was extremely informative. She explained the procedure and let me ask every question I could have possibly had. Great experience as a new patient getting a routine wellness exam. NP Sarah was so nice and made me feel so comfortable during the exam. The entire experience from walking in the lobby to leaving the exam room took less than 30 minutes. All of the staff were so nice and smiled. Plus, they have pink bath and body works soap in the bathroom which is such a fun and girly thing to do, it made me smile the rest of my visit! 😊
NP Sarah Davis is fantastic. She's so calming. She performed the most gentle pap I've ever received. Jawanda, the beautiful soul who does bloodwork, is so great at her job that you don't even realize you're getting poked. Other reviews have mentioned trouble getting in touch with the office and poor attitudes. I'm glad I didn't let those reviews deter me from giving them a shot. I've always experienced smiles, answered or promptly returned calls and ease with getting in for an appointment.
This is the worst Gynecologist, I’ve ever been to first when you get there you have to pay before even seeing a doctor second of all getting in contact with the medical records people they never pick up the phone. It goes straight to voicemail every time. I’m just glad I left and found a better Gynecologist than this one
