NP Sarah Davis is fantastic. She's so calming. She performed the most gentle pap I've ever received. Jawanda, the beautiful soul who does bloodwork, is so great at her job that you don't even realize you're getting poked. Other reviews have mentioned trouble getting in touch with the office and poor attitudes. I'm glad I didn't let those reviews deter me from giving them a shot. I've always experienced smiles, answered or promptly returned calls and ease with getting in for an appointment.
I have been their patient for two years and I am not happy with them. The front desk never answers the phone. You can only leave a message and they will call back when they want. They never tell if some services will be covered by insurance or not. The front desk is never helpful and can only book an appointment, they don’t answer to additional questions and forward you to a nurse or your insurance.
Dr Gould and her staff are amazing! Dr Gould is so smart and updated on all things woman! You will never hear…it’s just your age. She will always offer alternatives and support. Her staff get back in touch quickly and are helpful.
Dr. Gould and her staff are amazing. This is not the kind of doctor’s visit you typically look forward to, but the professionalism, warmth, and kindness shown to me every time I come here makes me look forward to it. Dr. Gould so obviously cares about her patients as people and the passion she has for women’s health is clear. I moved further away from the area a year ago, but I continue to drive here and will keep doing so in the future because I can’t imagine another doctor or office being as amazing. The staff here is absolutely Amazing! They deserve all the recognition. Going to the gyno can be so nerve wrecking but they never fail to make me feel comfortable. It’s rare that I find a doctor that I can voice concerns to and they actually LISTEN. They are very very quick to get you in with an appointment if you are having any problems. I have been going here for 3+ years and never have had any issues. Thank you for having an awesome staff!
