What an amazing experience. They were able to ease my anxiety with their amazing customer service. They kept me very well informed with every phone call. This was the most affordable and reliable shop ive ever been to. They not only did the diagnostic but also were able to repair my vehicle within the same day. If you are looking for a trustworthy local shop i would recommend Chuck’s Garage every single time.
Not satisfied at all with my experience so far. I took my vehicle in for the first time back in the middle of November because my accelerator pedal was not working. After about a week of waiting they said that the problem was fixed and resolved. While driving my truck to work the next day the same fault light that I had initially took my truck in for popped up and my dash board started tweaking out and continuously flashed on and off.
