I took my car to this shop for a repair, spending $660, but the issue remains unresolved. I trusted Mark based on a referral, but he was dishonest, leaving me with a still-broken car and $660 out of pocket. He told me to bring it back for the 3rd time but I do not have the time to get lied to again, or any more money to give the shop.
First time customer here! Just picked my Chevy Silverado up from Abbot Automotive yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier! The shop itself is super big and gorgeous. Had a major issue with my jeep wrangler. These guys were the only place in town willing to help- and not beating around the bush and put me off 4 months. I worked with Mark and he was super helpful and super nice and I appreciate everything they’ve done for me. Additionally I had some cosmetic work done and they were more than happy to get me in quick. Highly recommend- great place for auto repair.
I’ve used this company before when the secretary was still here…I believe her name was Jenny. She always made sure I was taken care of quickly. She’s no longer employed there and service and customer service is at a zero. I took my car in believing that I just needed my rotors resurfaced. Abbott Automotive did an awesome job diagnosing and repairing my 2005 CRV. Before I took it into their shop I was concerned about driving around town in it.
